I've been hitting the gym at least twice a week for the last four weeks. I've been keeping the amount of food I eat at the same level (I snuck in some late night snacks and McDonald french fries), and guess what happened?
103.4 lbs
However, I still feel the same. My clothes are still fitting. I guess I'm just losing the bad stuff. Burn fat, burn!!!
For the girls. You are all familiar with threading, I assume. Well, imagine threading your entire face. Yeah, painful. But, it is healthy for your skin and will make it look brighter. Anyways, I've been getting that done once every month. First time was really painful...then it got a lot better the second time around.
I love how smooth my face feels afterwards though.

Go Alice! I hope you still have your boobies though! =) Miss you! I need to follow your example. I keep shedding weight (I was at 109 yesterday) but am not working out so it musn't be good for me! I'm probably losing all muscle lol. Anywho, enjoy the holidays!
